During the kiln-drying process each handcrafted log wall panel is loaded with heavy weights on top. Our specialized kiln is able to monitor and adjust temperature, timing, humidity, and moisture content at the center of the logs to match the specific snow load and ambient relative humidity of your building site. Our certification meets or exceeds USDA standards for structural wood heat treatment.

Each wall is pre-fit with your windows and doors, any necessary electrical chasing, and interior wall relief cuts are installed. Prior to shipment, customized chinking and staining are applied, completing each panel.
